The world famous in Wellington … Pablos Art Auction is in its 16th year!

Each year Pablos holds an art auction to raise funds. We auction donated work from some of the best artists in New Zealand

Including  work from:

Dick Frizzell, Nigel Brown, Seraphine Pick, Wayne Youle, Michel Tuffery, Sam Broad, Pippa Sanderson, Ewan McDougall, Matt Gauldie, Andrew Blythe, Xoe Hall, Andrew McLeod, Jane Blackmore, DRYPNZ … and many, many more, including, of course, the wonderful artists from Pablos Art Studio.

as well as the fabulous work of the artists who work at Pablos.

Doors open at 5.30pm to pre-view the work, bid on the silent auction, eat, drink and enjoy some live music.

The live auction gets underway at 6.30pm.

And not to forget the reason why this awesome event happens … Pablos Art Studio is a creative space in Wellington which provides an art studio and gallery for people who have experienced mental illness. It builds bridges between its artists and the wider community by using creativity as a vehicle of expression, engagement and identity. The auction is your chance to experience this art and to support the activities of Pablos and the recovery of individuals who have been affected by mental illness.
